Both of my children spoke to me about selling my home as as it was a 4 bedroom house and I was the only person living in it and as they have moved out of Sydney it was to big and consumed to much of my time keeping to maintain so I began to look for a real estate agent. The day after I came home from visiting my children I checked my letter box and to my surprise there was a flyer in it introducing Imran so the next day I contacted Imran. Imran promptly came around and saw me we had discussions what would be the best way to start the process of downsizing. Following these discussions I went to other agents to get a broader knowledge about selling my home. After these discussions I made an informed decision to place my home on the market with Imran for which I have no regrets. My home was unique and required a exceptional knowledge of the area and the clients that viewed it. Imran found a wonderful young couple that fell in love with its unique features (native bush,animals and creek). It was a pleasure to have met Imran and our communications were exceptional. I have sold numerous properties and dealt with several agencies but dealing with Imran was unconditionally the best experience I have had. From the very first engagement Imran was extremely attentive to my needs, all the information I requested as references, market analysis and question around direct sale vs. auction were accurately answered. I never felt once he was trying to lead my expectations instead set the stage for a positive outcome. I live overseas so needed several other services provided and everything was arranged through his personal references and within my budget. I will give Imran nothing less than a 5 stars rating.
